July Breakthrough: Nitrogen Furnaces Boost Product Performance

In the fiercely competitive cutting disc market, continuous innovation and technological upgrades are key to a company's continued leadership. This July, ShouChuang Abrasives introduced advanced nitrogen furnace equipment, marking a significant step in technological innovation. This move not only demonstrates our relentless pursuit of excellence but also signifies a further improvement in product quality.

The nitrogen furnace utilizes the inert properties of nitrogen to provide a near-perfect oxygen-free environment for the production of cutting discs at high temperatures. By continuously introducing high-purity nitrogen, the oxygen inside the furnace is rapidly replaced, effectively preventing oxidation of the raw materials during high-temperature processing and ensuring the stability of the product's chemical composition and physical properties.

Taking the 107 product as an example, the semi-automatic cutting process before the nitrogen furnace was applied involved approximately 25 cuts. After upgrading to a nitrogen furnace, the cutting count increased to around 40 cuts, resulting in a significant improvement in product performance. The introduction of the nitrogen furnace marks a new milestone for our cutting tools. In the future, we will continue to increase our investment in R&D and equipment to further upgrade the performance and quality of our cutting discs.
