September Factory Operation Review: Consolidate Strengths for The Canton Fair Peak Season

September marks the transition from the summer off-season to the Q4 stocking cycle for overseas buyers. Building on the stable performance of August, our factory maintained smooth overall operation. Order delivery, customer communication and production scheduling remained stable without drastic fluctuations. Benefiting from the team cohesion built during the August team-building activity, the coordination efficiency of all departments has been further improved, laying a solid foundation for handling peak-season business.

The factory focused on three key tasks this month: optimizing product quality control, in-depth maintenance of existing customers, and preparation for the 140th Canton Fair. On the production side, we continuously improved the manufacturing process and quality inspection procedures of abrasive products to guarantee consistent finished quality. The sales team kept responding to overseas customer inquiries and sample requests to maintain good relationships with existing clients. All departments cooperated closely to prepare for the Canton Fair. We prepared new product samples and catalogs, and sent invitations to new and existing overseas customers. We also reviewed our shortcomings in September. The implementation cycle of some customer projects is relatively long, the speed of new customer acquisition needs to be improved, and the flexibility of production scheduling can be further optimized. In the next stage, we will adopt tiered customer follow-up mechanisms, improve quotation and sample delivery processes to raise customer conversion rate. Meanwhile, we will refine production plans to reserve sufficient production capacity for peak-season orders.

As we enter October, the Canton Fair is about to open, kicking off the Q4 peak purchasing season for overseas clients. Based on the stable operation foundation in September, all team members of our factory will seize purchasing opportunities brought by the exhibition.
